Refunds & Exchange Policy
1. Refunds and Exchange:
- If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please contact us after receiving the package.
- Exchange or refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order, and the item must remain in its original package, unworn, and clean
- If the item is defective, the shipping fees will be covered by us, otherwise the shipping fees will be covered by you.
- We will process your refund through Instapay or mobile wallet after receiving your returned package and verifying its condition, no cash returns.
- If the item does not meet the above criteria, the refund will be refused.
2. Exchanging Item sizes
In case the size you need is out of stock, you can exchange your item with any item available on our website with the same price or higher and pay the difference.
